Why am I being asked to sign in to TUMS again?

Q: Why am I being asked to sign in to TUMS again?

A: Some users may wonder why they need to login to TUMS again when they have already authenticated to the Central Authentication System single sign-on service. Due to the adminstrative features available, users must provide their login credentials again before accessing TUMS as an added security measure to prevent unauthorized use.

Q: I forgot my password.  How can I recover my account?

A: You must contact your school's IT department for help. They will reset your password for you. ESU's cannot reset passwords over the phone or via email because identity cannot be verified.
